Express Shipping Germany:
Inside of Germany you can get the article against an additional delivery fee about 7,00 EUR/packet on the next working day (Monday - Friday) guaranteed (only methods of payment like bank collection/ paypal/ credit card).
Therefor you have to take your order at the latest on previous day until 10.00 o'clock in the morning (for delivery on monday order on previous friday).

Operation of shipping
The products of our assortment are shipped with DPD (Standard) and DHL (Premium) shipping services. Please keep in mind, that for delivery to a delivery address the goods will be handed out personally.
During your order transaction you can give a delivery address (DHL Premium also Packstation) that deviates from the billing address.

Payment in advance (less 3% skonto):
After finishing your order you will get an e-mail with all informations for the bank transfer. As soon as we can enter your incoming payment to our account in the books, the goods will be send out to you - of course inside the mentioned delivery time. As reason for payment concerning the bank transfer give your order name and the invoice number (you get the invoice numer with the order acceptance) please.

Please pay the invoice amount without any commission 5 days after delivery to one of our bank accounts.
In case of failed examination of your address by telephone number, we reserve us the right to change your payment method into payment in advance. If this is the case, you will get a new order acceptance.
 
Credit card (Visa/Master/American Express)
At the end of your order please give your credit card informations to the encoded blank directly. Then these informations will go directly to our service provider of the firm EOS - so we cannot see these informations. The debiting of your credit card account follows after closing your order.
