Poignée Fritz fabriquée à la main dans un atelier d'argenterie allemand, en argent massif 925/1000 de la plus haute qualité. La poignée est martelée très finement à l'aide d'un marteau spécial, ce qui lui confère un caractère particulièrement noble. Des plaques de gravure lisses sont intégrées à l'avant et à l'arrière du manche. Le manche est posé de manière classique sur un bâton en bois d'ébène de macassar noble et délicatement veiné de brun, qui se termine par un fin tampon en caoutchouc.
